Step 1 :

Following on from initial contact, an assessment of the requirements is completed. All relevant research into subject areas that are required i.e. Design aspects and coding requirements that will enable the site construction are undertaken and the gathering of any and all information from existing server information to site content and ftp details.

Step 2 :

A representation of the proposed site map will be submitted
at this stage if required. An initial "mock-up" of the design
is presented in a static single image format within
a browser for effect. All customer feedback
is taken into account with edits and redesigns
completed until sign-off occurs.

Step 3 :

The index (homepage) layout is constructed in HTML along with any other relevant page templates for approval and the basic top level structure is put
in place. At this stage the second round of edits and amends base on customer feedback is completed.

Step 4 :

Site construction takes place with all
content provided set into the relevant pages.
All dynamic forms are constructed and the
site is uploaded onto a test platform provided
for a full read and sign-off of the design stage
of the product. An assessment of the site
is reviewed and any changes that
are required are made.

All Meta information for search engine optimisation (SEO)
is inserted into each page and all links the inbound links
from the Designvent sites are put in place.

Step 5 :

After the final payment has been made, the site is uploaded to the client’s choice of hosting provider and a final check of the site and all functionality takes place. The site is then submitted to the major search engines along with a number of relevant directories. Full XML site maps are also submitted along with the authorisation of Google Analytics or other stat package of choice.
